Apex Masonry Holdings LTD Real Estate is an International Privately Held Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Company, a standalone business headquartered in UK.

The Company, established in 25 May 2017 is a fully integrated real estate organization that identifies, invests and manages real estate assets that have the potential to create superior value for our investors. Complementary to our investment operations, we asset and property manage our real estate assets with permanent local teams based in each country where we have operations.

We are directly present in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Croatia, Cyprus, and Greece and is active in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, and Slovakia.

We focuses on investments with equity contributions exceeding USD 500 million, with an emphasis on project-based club deals with pre-qualified institutional and private equity investors in the CE and SEE markets in which we have a presence.

We invest in and actively manage projects always within the context of the local market conditions as well as the specifics of the property sector, including office, retail, industrial and residential assets, each of which has its own inherent characteristics. Our aim is to create attractive and valuable projects delivering superior risk-adjusted returns with consideration to market cycles.
